Thank you for taking your time to answer these questions carefully! Our goal is to take great care in choosing placement for each puppy with prospective families! Your answers to the following questions will help us determine the best fit for you and the puppy!

How many people live in yor household? (How many adults and how many children? what are their ages?)

Do you currently have any animals or do you plan to get any other animals in the near future? If so what kind of animal and how long have you had them?

Do you have a soical media account or website we can reference?

Do you own or rent your home? If you are renting do you have permission from your land lord to have a dog?

Are you looking for a male or female puppy? Do you perfer a certain color puppy?

Do you have a gated yard? If No what outdoor area will be used to potty train and exersise the puppy?

How many hours a day do you expect for the puppy to be left alone? Will you keep puupy in crate or allow to run free when you are away from home? Please explain.

* All of our puppies are sold as pets under AKC limited registration and are accompanied by a spay or neuter agreement.

Are you ok with having your puppy spayed or neutered? If no why?

Is limited registration a problem for you? (meaning no breeding rights and unable to participate in AKC confirmation shows)

Are you currently established with a vet? if yes can you share the name and address?

Have you ever given a pet up to a shelter or pound? if yes why?

How long do you plan to have the puppy?

Thanks for filling out our puppy application! Choice of puppies will go in order of deposits received. The sooner you submit your deposit the higher up on the waiting list you will be to pick out your puppy!!
